Bronson is our Tier 1 guy and is willing to tackle anything that comes his way.   He keeps our clients happy by contacting them regularly, following up with open tickets and ensuring that vendors are delivering products and services timely.  When something goes awry, Bronson is armed with the internal Knowledge Base and our back-office support team to get things resolved.
